[Reproduction of Image in Ruskin Hours]

This picture was taken as part of the Getty's call for people to recreate their favorite work of art with things they had around the house while in isolation. My wife, Maeve Doyle, suggested this historiated initial in the Ruskin Hours (Ms. Ludwig IX 3 (83.ML.99)), a 13th century Book of Hours held by the Getty. This initial is on fol. 81v. Taken with an iPad in our front yard in New London, CT.
